Tis time again to make the rounds and see what my fellow customer service bloggers have written about customers and service.
Let me start with Service Untitled, which often comes up with good interviews. Yes, over there is a running a series of an interview with Robert Stephens, the Founder of the Geek Squad and a VP at Best Buy. In the first part, I think it’s a joy to work for Mr. Stephens. He believes in investing in human capital to ensure good customer experience all the time. The second part of the interview somehow validates my observation. The companies are a people company. Becky of Customers Rock! has a timely post on expressing love and appreciation to customers this Valentine’s Day. Becky shares Gary Chapman’s The Five Love Languages, and applied it to customer service. She did a good job at emphasizing the importance of building a relationship and investing time in customers thereby giving them the best experience there is.
Over at CustomersAreAlways, Maria continues the beme started by Glenn Ross of Customer Service Experience. Being a true-blue artist, Maria picks out a business that is close, if not closest, to her heart: an art gallery. Check out her list of things to blog about if she owned an art gallery.
