The best compliment comes from the customer. Better yet, if this compliment becomes part of Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM), the company will definitely be in the best position.
Management guru, Peter Drucker, succinctly puts it, “Quality in a service or product is not what you put into it. It is what the client or customer gets out of it.”
Definitely, Skype’s online customers got the best service Skype has to offer. Over at Voice over IP Weblog, online customers of Skype rallies behind the company and declares the company as king. The results of an online survey show that Skype is the most popular VoIP program among all. It got the top position with 52% votes followed by MSN which garnered 29% of the votes and Google Talk stood at third position by getting 11% of the votes.
According to the author of VOiP weblog, he was not surprised by the results because Skype has been offering low-cost calls and giving free calls at regular intervals.
I’m guessing these products, though may be good, would not have been welcomed by the customers had they been lousily given.
Are you a Skype customer? You may want to share your experience with them here.

I am fed up with being cheated by Skype for money due to poor call reception. Now even if you do not get connected money disappears fro the amount of credit. I have contacted customer service but this is a waste of time. Someone must contact me and listen to my complaint.

Hi Sandy! When I received your comment, I immediately went to the SKYPE website, and alas, I couldn’t find any phone number too. But I will try to reach SKYPE.
Meanwhile, maybe you’d like to check out this page and let them know your concern (that is if you haven’t done so yet):
